Right from the first telephone call or customer visit, a mechanism is set in motion where experts and professionals are involved to carry out high-quality work. Once the customer has explained its needs to us and we find out all of the details of the service that we are required to provide, a team of professionals and technicians studies the solutions that are most favourable to the customer and an economic study of the project is performed.
Our team travels to the work area for this purpose, and to learn about the customer’s characteristics in detail. Once the project has been assessed, the customer is sent sketches of the design that meets their needs, a financial quotation and information about the work execution phases. After the quotation has been approved and the details have been reviewed, we commence manufacturing and execution of the work.
During the production process expert hands will ensure that everything is being done according to the approved design. Once complete, Pofisur delivers the order and, if required, assembles and/or commissions it. Our work ends when the customer is completely satisfied.
